She grew up swimming competitively for 15 years & continues to be very active; these days she loves running, strength training, pilates & yoga. She understands the role nutrition plays in fuelling the body & performing optimally, respecting that it is deeply personal & looks different for everybody. Karolina loves to cook & was a recipe developer for Epicure, as well as freelance for many brands. Her love language is nurturing others with good food & a beautiful atmosphere. The combination of nutrition & exercise is key to performance & she wants to help her clients execute this to the best of their ability through her guidance & education!

Natasha is a passionate RMT who co-owns a mobile massage company on Vancouver Island with her daughter, called Compass Massage! They won the Best New Business Chamber award for Greater Victoria in 2023 & are impacting clients all over Vancouver Island!

She’s excited to offer you a 30-minute one on one RMT massage as part of your retreat experience, and to give your body the care and support it needs post-race.

Natasha left her career in public service and decided it was time to pivot when the pull for more meaningful work couldn’t be ignored. It was an easy decision to head back to school in her 40’s and become an RMT. Now with her company, the need for mobile massage on Vancouver Island is getting met, and bring effective treatments wherever she serves brings her passion for the work, full circle.

  1. Unfortunately legally we cant sign you up for the BMO race entry and fill waivers on your behalf so race sign up will be individual. WE HAVE A SPECIAL discount code for race entries we will provide upon signup & we have a "team" you can sign up under names The Wild Pacific Race Retreat!
  2. Any travel required for you to get to & from retreat Team House in West Van is for you to manage. We will have women joining from far & wide!

  1. All food will be provide necessary for all meals at the Team House. Chef will cook all meals listed in itinerary.

  3. Feel free to bring any of your favourite snacks or specific fuel for yourself or to share if you like!

We will have simple food for each person to make themselves on the morning of the race as pre race fuelling is very personal regarding whats consumed & time you get up to fuel will all vary per runner! We will go over this during our coaching leading up to, but we will have bananas, toast, bagels and oatmeal on hand for you to make morning breakfast

Q: Are flights, ferries and travel to the retreat organized?

Q: I don’t have my own car - are there carpool options available?

A: Transportation is not included in the trip as this retreat is open to people traveling from anywhere! You will get to know all the retreaters going & should you wish to carpool that has been a success in past! From a legal standpoint again we will not be providing any travel other than paying for a company (Uber) to drive us from place to place! Specifically for the race expo, and race morning to and from!

  1. All food will be provide necessary for all meals at the Team House. Chef will cook all meals listed in itinerary.
  2. We will have tea, coffee, milk options for all!
  3. Feel free to bring any of your favourite snacks or specific fuel for yourself or to share if you like!
  4. We will have simple food for each person to make themselves on the morning of the race as pre race fuelling is very personal regarding whats consumed & time you get up to fuel will all vary per runner! We will go over this during our coaching leading up to, but we will have bananas, toast, bagels and oatmeal on hand for you to make morning breakfast

A: Transportation is not included in the trip as this retreat is open to people traveling from anywhere! You will get to know all the retreaters going & should you wish to carpool that has been a success in past! From a legal standpoint again we will not be providing any travel other than paying for a company (Uber) to drive us from place to place! Specifically for the race expo, and race morning to and from!
