With a decade of coaching experience Holly has coached all levels of runners to achieve wild running goals & in the process has specialized focusing on women's needs in the sport. Till now the scientific world has been geared around male athletes & data, but Holly and her team are dedicated to breaking the “shrink it and pink it” way of the athlete world, and empowering every day running women into understanding how their healthiest bodies can enjoy a lifetime of running! Hollys dream is to create an environment of women-supporting-women through ACCEL supporting qualified professionals a space to make true impact & avoid the 80% career burnout coaches experience!
Destiny is a Victoria born and raised Tsawout First Nation. As she completes her Masters of Science in Kinesiology she continues to carve the path and ensure more focus is given to women and Indigenous populations in research than currently is. Working with ACCEL she’s able to bring more credible information to fill the gaps and make our communities stronger & more resilient. Destiny loves helping beginner runners stride towards their goals in a methodical and attainable way! Ucluelet Edge-to-Edge 10k was probably my favourite race location, in and amongst the Pacific Rim National Park on the West Coast it was just stunning!
Kirsten is an Exercise Physiologist, Kinesiologist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. She is passionate about trail running and all outdoor mountain pursuits. Getting to share these experiences with other empowered women of the world fills her cup! Coach Kirsten loves cultivating participant focussed, individualized programming opportunities for athletes of all abilities. She is committed to the development of well-rounded training regimens for runners that allows all clients to achieve way beyond their potential and personal goals, whilst addressing injury rehab & prevention! Running Mont Blanc was incredible, I did it over 5 days with a few friends & hope to explore more epic adventures like it!
